Question Deadline 07/02/2026 at 10:00 AM CT Questions must be submitted in writing to St. John the Baptist Parish, Purchasing & Procurement Department, ATTN: Peter Montz, 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, LA 70068 or via e-mail to p.montz@Stjohn-la.gov. Sealed bids are invited for the Community Center Chiller Replacement Project for St. John the Baptist Parish. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, Louisiana State Contractor's License Number, and the project name. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for prospective bidders. The Parish encourages participation by minority and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in St. John the Baptist Parish. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days after opening, except as provided by law. The Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
