Renovation of an educational facility in Slidell, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Separate sealed bids will be received for Northshore High School, Partial Renovation Student Services, STPSB Project No. 1994. Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained through City Blueprint & Supply Co. or downloaded at no cost from www.cityblueprint.com and www.centralbidding.com. Printing costs for electronic documents are the responsibility of the prospective bidder. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law. Preference may be given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana in accordance with law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with law. Bidders are strongly urged to attend the pre-bid conference at the project site. Bidders have the option to submit bids electronically in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2212 A(1)(f)(i) and may place electronic bids at www.centralbidding.com.
