The City of Columbus, Indiana seeks a Lead Development Partner for a collection of properties referred to as the 4 Pack, as part of the Columbus Downtown 2030 Strategic Plan. The scope of work includes development of a new hotel and conference center, a public event plaza, and a market hall on the former Sears parking lot site located north of 3rd Street between Brown and Lindsey Streets, as well as adaptive reuse and/or redevelopment of the former Sears building at 323 Brown Street.
