Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Gary, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Brother's Keeper New Shelter. The project consists of all work described by the bidding documents entitled “Brothers Keeper New Shelter.” Instructions to bidders: Bids must be received by the specified deadline; no late bids will be accepted. Bids should be delivered in a sealed opaque envelope prior to the deadline to the specified address. On the day of the opening, bids must be submitted at the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting. Addendums and pertinent bid information will be sent only to bidders who have emailed an intent to bid. Any bid may be withdrawn before the scheduled opening time or any authorized postponement. The City of Gary reserves the right to reject all bids.
