Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Martinsville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

The Board of Education for the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville, Indiana, requests proposals and statements of qualifications from qualified entities interested in developing, designing, constructing, operating, and transferring improvements under a public-private partnership. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked as instructed, and must include one original and three copies of the proposal. An additional electronic copy is preferable but optional. All proposals must be accompanied by an Indiana State Board of Accounts styled non-collusion affidavit, executed without exception. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Proposals must fully conform to the specifications on file at the MSD of Martinsville Administration Building or available for download from the District’s website.
