Description

Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work consists of the following responsibilities and items: • For the E 29th Street Signals Phase 2 Project: removal of existing traffic signals; installation of new traffic signals; installation of traffic striping; construction of sidewalk and roadway pavement; construction of storm drainage utilities; and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project at the intersections of E 29th St/Barak Lane and E 29th St/Stillmeadow Dr. • For the S College and North T Signal Project: removal of the existing traffic signal; installation of a new traffic signal; installation of traffic striping; construction of sidewalk and roadway pavement; construction of storm drainage utilities; and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project at the intersection of South College Avenue and North Avenue. Electronic or sealed proposals are due at the specified time. Proposal opening will be conducted via Zoom.
