The City of Cape Coral, Florida has received unsolicited proposals for the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Yacht Club Community Park. Interested parties are invited to submit competing proposals for the same scope: development, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Yacht Club Community Park. Proposals must include all information, materials, and requirements mandated pursuant to Section 255.065 of the Florida Statutes. All competing proposals must be submitted with a non-refundable $25,000 application fee. All communications regarding the project must be submitted to Wanda Roop, Procurement Manager at wroop@capecoral.gov.
