Norfolk Naval Shipyard requests a service contract to perform four quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures on each of the Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG) specified for Code 900F. All PMs shall be conducted in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) PM recommendations for standby generator sets by an OEM Authorized Service Provider. The contract includes a base year and four option years, with specific quarterly maintenance tasks for each period (Caterpillar PM Level 1, 2, 3, and Megger Testing). The generators to be serviced are identified by location, type, and serial number. Bidders must confirm their ability to deliver all required materials and services, provide all-inclusive pricing for all services and parts, and demonstrate technical capability, authorized technical representative status, adaptability to NNSY needs, and maintenance support capability. Evaluation will be based on technical capability and past performance, including experience in supporting and maintaining similar equipment.
