Description

Site work for a civil project in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Bunche Boulevard Water and Sewer Improvements. Work location: City of Portsmouth, Virginia. For information on the mandatory prebid/proposal conference or site visit and public opening details, refer to the solicitation documents. The Work under this Project consists of the replacement of approximately 2,600 linear feet of 6"/8" water main piping, 9,100 linear feet of 6" thru 12" sanitary sewer force main piping, and 2,220 linear feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer main piping. Deadlines for questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. local time, Friday, June 26, 2026. Questions shall be submitted to Susan Kenney-Lamber at lamberts@portsmouthva.gov. The M/WBE goal established for this project is 10% Work to be Completed in: 360 Days Liquidated Damages: $1,350 per calendar day
