Renovation of a military facility in Enid, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to remove and replace two sets of double-leaf doors at Facility 171, Vance AFB, OK, ensuring compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). Offerors must ensure that all quotes remain valid for a minimum of 180 calendar days after the solicitation closing date. The completed bid form attached in the SoW packet (Appendix B) must be emailed to the designated contact by the specified deadline. Quotes submitted by vendors who are not active in SAM cannot be considered for award. All vendor questions must be submitted using the attached Q&A Form only. Questions and Answers (Q&A) Requirements: A Questions and Answers (Q&A) Form is attached to this solicitation. All vendor questions must be submitted using the form only. Questions submitted in any other format will not be accepted. The deadline for submitting questions is June 22, 2026 at the COB. All vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. Quotes submitted by vendors who are not active in SAM cannot be considered for award. The work covered under this Statement of Work shall consist of removing existing vestibule and interior doors, associated hardware, and install new vestibule and interior doors compliant with The Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), to include wheelchair accessible peripherals, control push buttons, and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product. A. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, consumable materials, supplies, tools, and other items to complete the construction as listed in the Scope of Work. All quotes shall include all shipping charges for completion of the project. The contractor will coordinate all work with ASRC Federal (ASRC) Construction Management prior to execution. The list of items below are to be considered the general Scope of Work for the project. B. The Contractor shall field verify location of work, dimensions, and existing site conditions prior to commencing work. The Contractor shall contact ASRC Construction Management for any discrepancies with the Scope of Work. C. Remove and replace two sets of double-leaf doors at vestibule and entrance of Facility 171. Contractor shall follow ABA guidelines and meet or exceed National Electric Code (NEC) requirements. Additional details are described below: 1. Demolition a. The contractor shall demolish and remove two sets of double leaf doors, door frames, threshold, and accompanying hardware. b. Dimensions 1. Door frames: 85-1/2-inches height x 80-inches width. 2. Mullions. a. Narrowest part of jamb width: 4-inches. b. Widest part of jamb width: 5-inches. 3. Doors: 83-inches height x 35-5/8-inches width (EA). a. Total width (both doors) including mullion: 76-inches. 2. New Construction a. Install two sets of double-leaf doors and appurtenances compliant with ABA. One set of exterior doors (vestibule) and one set of interior doors. Includes: 1. Door frames. 2. Double-leaf doors. a. Solid core aluminum with vision panels and panic rods. 3. Pushbuttons. a. Two, single function, square control push buttons to be installed. One shall be installed on the exterior flow of traffic side. One to be installed on the interior flow of traffic side. b. Two sets of dual function, square control push buttons shall be installed with directional arrows pointing towards the two sets of operable doors. Both to be installed inside of the vestibule between the interior and exterior doors on each wall. 4. Electric swing mechanisms. 5. Thresholds. 6. Required hardware to install doors, frames, mechanisms. 7. Appropriately sized electrical conduit that adheres to the NEC (if used), condulets, and fasteners. 8. Appropriately sized wire that adheres to the NEC. 9. The contractor shall touch up any damaged or missing paint after the installation is finished. D. The Contractor shall always maintain clean areas free of clutter and debris during construction. After the work is completed, clean site to preconstruction conditions, or better. E. Protection of Government Property Take special care to protect Government property. Return areas damaged as a result of construction under this contract to their original condition. In addition to FAR 52.236-9, Protection of existing vegetation, structures, equipment, utilities, and improvements, perform the following: 1. Remove or alter existing work or facilities in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portion of the existing work or facilities to remain. 2. Repair or replace portions of existing work altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by ASRC Construction Management. At the completion of operations, existing work must be in a condition equal or better than that which existed before any new work started. F. Construction Fence (Temporary Fence) The Contractor shall provide construction fencing around [the job site] [open trenches]. 1. Provide 4-foot-high heavy duty plastic safety fence (orange fence).
