Question Deadline: June 23, 2026 AFGSC requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform complete roofing replacement at three phases in facilities F200 Administration, F200 Warehouse, and F244. Work includes full roof deconstruction and removal of existing roofing systems; removal of existing underlayment, gutters, downspouts, fascia, and standing-seam metal roofing; installation of R-30 nailbase insulation assemblies, fire-resistant underlayment, new double-lock standing seam metal roofing, new gutters, downspouts, flashing, and trim, and insulated metal wall panels; structural modifications at gable ends and lean-to transitions; lightning protection system requirements; and environmental compliance and construction waste management. Specifications and drawings govern all details. Quotes must include pricing for all three CLINs. To be deemed technically acceptable, the offer must submit a completed Bid Form, provide pricing for Base plus both Additive Options, meet all specifications and technical requirements, and acknowledge any amendments. All vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. The following documents are attached and must be used when preparing quotes: Specifications, Drawings, Bid Form, Q&A Form, and Wage Determination. This work includes deconstruction of existing roof, insulation, z-purlins, and existing vertical panels. New insulation, R-30 nailable assembly, water resistant underlayment and new standing seam roof to be installed. Additionaly, the existing turn down fascia will be deconstructed, including all existing light guage framing. New framing as described in plans and new fascia panels will be installed. New eave hung gutters with new downspouts are to be installed. Existing vertical metal panels along upper portions of facility will be deconstructed to existing framing and new insulated metal panels will be installed on the existing framing.
