Description

Replace HVAC components that have reached end of life, including the main condenser, air handler, boiler units, and associated controls. The work includes centralizing three separate HVAC systems within the building into a single central hydronic system, replacing fan coil units serving two areas of the facility to operate on a four-pipe system supplied by a new chiller, and performing necessary electrical upgrades to support the new system. The project also includes installation of LED lighting to assist with reducing the facility's heat load. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
