Provides all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, commissioning, and deliverables required to repair and replace the fire sprinkler system in Facility 128. The work includes complete removal of the existing fire sprinkler system and installation of two new wet-pipe fire sprinkler systems designed and installed in accordance with NFPA 13. The scope also includes relocation of sprinkler risers to the designated mechanical room, performance of hydraulic calculations, and completion of a new water supply flow test. The contractor shall install a new fire department connection, a new post indicator valve with underground tie-ins, required thrust blocking, and associated concrete repair. Work further includes installation of new mains, branch lines, hangers, seismic bracing, sprinkler heads, auxiliary drains, inspector's test connections, and required signage and system identification. Fire alarm interface work is required, including monitoring of control valves, flow switches, and device tie-ins. The contractor shall perform system flushing, hydrostatic testing, acceptance testing, and final inspection, and shall deliver complete as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and spare sprinkler heads. All work must comply with NFPA 13, 24, and 72, UFC 3-600-01, the project specifications and drawings, and all applicable AFGSC and Vance Air Force Base requirements.
