Renovation of a day care center in Enid, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.

The work covered under this Statement of Work shall consist of removing wallpaper and painting the walls in the Child Development Center (CDC) and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product. Provide removal of existing wallpaper and complete interior wall painting services at Facility 336, Child Development Center. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the attached Statement of Work for Project FP1021202. Work shall be executed to meet all specified quality, safety, and performance requirements and is restricted to weekend work hours from Friday at 6:00 PM through Monday at 4:00 AM. Award is contingent upon the availability of funds, and all services shall be performed as detailed in the approved contract documents. Questions and Answers (Q&A) form will be provided in the attachments to this solicitation. Offerors shall submit all questions using only the provided Q&A form. Due date June 4, 2026 and submitted to Betty Kliewer; betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. Any questions not submitted on the provided Q&A form, or received after the deadline, may not be answered. Responses to questions will be issued via amendment on SAM.gov. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all Q&A prior to quote submission.
