The scope of work is to provide a pool of qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for Vance AFB and Sheppard AFB. Firms are required to submit SF-330 qualifications to be considered for selection. The procurement will be made as a Firm-Fixed Price contract under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR Subpart 36.6. Firms must be certified and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before submitting qualifications. Only qualifications submitted by the specified deadline via email will be considered. Firms are responsible for monitoring the site for any amendments or addendums. No reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with participation or response. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
