The project involves the replacement of the Outside Runway Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) systems at Vance AFB. The scope of work includes the full removal of existing PAPI units, installation of new FAA-compliant LED PAPI systems, associated electrical work, grounding, testing, and meeting all requirements specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Bidders are instructed to submit proposals electronically, ensuring all pricing, terms, and proposal conditions remain valid through September 30, 2026. All bidders must be actively registered in SAM.gov, possess a valid UEI, and have completed representations and certifications in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission and award.
