The project involves the construction of a carport in the west parking lot on the west side of the Kay County Administration Building located at 219 S. Main, Newkirk, OK 74647. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids to the Kay County Administration Building by the specified deadline. All bids must include a Business Relationship Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification. Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Labor and Material Payment bond, workers compensation insurance, and liability insurance in amounts required by state statutes must be filed if awarded the project. All applicable city, state, and federal requirements must be met. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number, project description, and bid opening date and time. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any part of any bid.
