The Town of Davie is seeking bids from qualified firms for landscape maintenance at various Utilities Facilities locations. The intent is to secure a contractor to provide lawn maintenance services, which include mowing, edging, string trimming, weeding, debris removal, trimming hedges and shrubs, and fertilizing as required. The estimated budget for the contract is $65,000. Maintenance shall be performed at frequencies specified in the right of way list, and the Town reserves the right to adjust these frequencies or remove specific locations as needed. The contractor must have at least five years of similar experience with government agencies and must hold the necessary licenses and certifications, specifically a Florida Certified Commercial Turf and Ornamental Pesticide Applicator License and FDOT Approved Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control or higher certification. Herbicides and pesticides containing glyphosate are prohibited. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Town's procurement portal, and bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit. All prospective bidders must thoroughly review all contract documents and are responsible for submitting any questions regarding the specifications by the stated deadline. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the complete and satisfactory performance of landscape maintenance services.
