CDBG funded project for accessible sidewalk and ADA improvements in the City of Hemet. Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 06/22/2026 3:00 PM (PDT) The scope of work generally consists of but is not limited to the construction of ADA accessible sidewalks, ADA Curb Ramps and PCC driveway approaches in areas where those facilities do not currently exist and/or replacement of said facilities where the existing condition is not compliant with current ADA standards. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to investigate each area and determine the extent of the work, specific to each location, necessary to ensure all new concrete is in full conformance with current ADA standards and all other relevant standards, codes, and ordinances. The work also includes any grading, compacting, removal, disposal, relocation of any existing items necessary to complete the work including, but not limited to, street signs, traffic signs, trees, concrete, asphalt and any other incidentals. The work to be constructed is located on the following sidewalk segments: Portions of the Northside of Acacia Ave from S Gilbert St to S Sante Fe St Portions of the East and Westsides of Romona Street from Acacia Ave to Kimball Ave
