Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Carson, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of this project includes the demolition of existing landscape and irrigation within the center median of Avalon Boulevard from 220th St to Albertoni St. and the installation of new landscape, irrigation, concrete maintenance bands, and tree collar lighting on new palm trees. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure accurate review of current bid documents. All responses must be submitted electronically. Any changes will be issued as addenda through PlanetBids. Bidders must upload all documents in PDF format and ensure they are properly submitted before the deadline. Incomplete or inaccessible bids may be deemed non-responsive. Questions must be submitted online only, and bidders are prohibited from contacting City personnel or Elected Officials directly regarding this IFB. Late electronic bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for resolving technical issues related to electronic submission through PlanetBids. Only bids with a confirmed electronic submission will be accepted. To withdraw a bid prior to the deadline, bidders must do so through the PlanetBids portal.
