The Town Board of the Town of Spafford is seeking proposals for the repair of a culvert in the Town of Spafford. the culvert, headwalls and pavement at the south bacon hill stream crossing were severely damaged during hurricane fred. this damage and repair were reviewed and approved by f.e.m.a. within this drawing set are plans to remove all damaged items, and provisions for the new culvert, headwalls and pavement.
