Rehabilitation of the Village of Andover water tower located at 155 Maple Street. preserving the existing 250,000 gallon water tower in the Village of Andover through rehabilitation efforts . These efforts include , but are not limited to : site work , fencing , ladder / platform installation , replacement of roof vent and manway , tightening windage rods , repairing concrete piers , sandblast and painting interior and exterior of storage tank , new THMR and cathodic protection , welding , and other items as depicted in the contract documents . Bonds: 100% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Substantial Completion Date : December 16, 2026 WBE (6.9%) Question Deadline 06/16/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing .
