Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Andover, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 9,600-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Pymatuning Valley Local School District is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural and engineering services in support of the Districts proposed agriculture learning center. The purpose of the project is to craft a preliminary building design for a structure with dimensions of 160 feet by 60 feet then a final design to include all the detailed specifications and bid documents that would be used to obtain bids from contractors for performing the work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
