The Project consists of replacing antiquated HVAC systems, controls, and adding a new supply air fan array to an existing indoor air handling unit THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF REPLACING 14 EXISTING PACKAGED DX COOLING ROOFTOP UNITS AT THE PYMATUNING VALLEY PRIMARY SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL. THE EXISTING PACKAGED ROOFTOP UNITS WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW UNITS OF SIMILAR HEATING AND COOLING CAPACITY. IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL, A NEW SUPPLY AIR FAN (FANWALL) WILL BE INSTALLED IN AN EXISTING AIR HANDLING UNIT. THE EXISTING USE GROUP, STAIRWAYS, SHAFTS, EXIT CORRIDORS, EGRESS, FIRE ALARMS, AND CONSTRUCTION CLASSIFICATION IN EACH OF THE THREE BUILDINGS WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
