Sealed bids are invited for the Clark County-Springfield Township 2026 OPWC Resurfacing Project. Bidders must submit their bids by the specified deadline, clearly marking the envelope with the project name and their name and address. Bidders and subcontractors must be pre-qualified by the Ohio Department of Transportation for applicable work classifications. The prime contractor must perform at least 50% of the work with their own forces and provide evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed in 90 calendar days. Bids must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond or a certified/cashier's check. Additional required documents include a bid bond, Non-Discrimination Provision, Non-Collusion Bid Affidavit, Affidavit 3517, Personal Property Tax Statement, and Quality Contracting Standards Certification. The successful bidder must also provide a contract bond and meet insurance requirements. Bidders must comply with Ohio Prevailing Wage rates and equal employment opportunity requirements. The county may reject any or all bids or waive immaterial defects.
