This Tender is an invitation by the County of Hastings to prospective bidders to submit for the Parking Lot Repaving at 1 Manor Lane, Bancroft, as further described in Section A of the Tender Details (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). Language for bid submissions is English unless specified otherwise. Submissions are online only. Suppliers are not required to register to preview unsecured bid documents, but registration, a subscription plan, or Pay-Per-Bid access is required to download secured documents and to participate. Question Deadline 06/24/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Document Available at https://hastingscounty.bidsandtenders.ca/ Site Walkthrough: It is the bidder’s responsibility to arrive at the meeting space on time and schedule for unforeseen unknowns that may delay arrival to the meeting location. Late arrivals will not be allowed to sign in. Bids received from General Contractors not on the list of attendees at the site visit/pre-bid meeting will not be considered. Sub-trade bidders are also encouraged to attend this meeting. There will be no meeting minutes taken at site meetings by the County. Where bidders require clarification on any matter following the site meeting the written Question and answer process must be followed. Award is subject to final approval.
