Sealed proposals or bids are to be submitted to the School District by the specified date and time. Each respondent must respond to all required items as directed in the RFP. Proposals will be reviewed by the owner per the scoring matrix and a formal award is intended following the specified timeline. Respondents may withdraw their proposals before the scheduled opening, but not afterward without written consent from the owner.
