Sealed proposals or bids are to be submitted to the School District by the specified date and time. Each respondent must respond to all required items as directed in the RFP. Proposals will be reviewed by the owner per the scoring matrix and a formal award is intended following the specified timeline. Respondents may withdraw their proposals before the scheduled opening, but not afterward without written consent from the owner. Any requests for additional information must be submitted in writing, and responses deemed appropriate by the school district will be shared with all proposers. Proposals must be completed using the supplied Service Providers Response Form, following the provided format, and signed by an officer of the firm. All commitments in the responses are to remain firm for sixty calendar days from the due date. The school district reserves the right to request additional information, post-response presentations, and to reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will invoice the school district at completion, with payment terms stated. The selected firm must hold all applicable business and professional licenses before the contract is executed. All responses and submitted materials become the property of the school district and may become public after evaluation. The RFP and the firm's response will be incorporated by reference into any contract, and exceptions to requirements must be noted in the response. The document outlines applicable governing law, indemnification requirements, right to terminate for breach, and protest procedures for aggrieved offerors.
