The proposed dog park will be located in a portion of the Swift Park. A parking lot runs along side of the site. The successful proposer shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals required to complete the Bark Park at Swift Park project. Work shall include, but not be limited to: Separate fenced areas for small and large dogs Double-gated bullpen entry points Agility and play equipment Shade structures Dog water fountains Benches and seating areas Concrete sidewalks and pedestrian circulation Entry structure/building Synthetic turf surfacing in equipment use areas Landscaping restoration as required ADA accessible pedestrian access
