Big Horn County Commissioners seek proposals from qualified businesses and individuals to manage and operate the Orchard Bench Road Reconstruction for Safety project. The project consists of upgrading, rehabilitating, and repairing the existing Orchard Bench Road infrastructure and assets. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all proposals. Selection will be June 22, 2026 at 9:00am.
