Renovation of a medical facility in Basin, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project will consist of replacing the wiring, receptacles, and switches throughout the nursing residence along with some bathroom ventilation upgrades. This will include wall repair and painting throughout the main floor. Upgrading the electrical services to the three other outbuildings and replacing secondary voltage conductors. This will require cutting of asphalt, trenching, and asphalt repair. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 at 3:00 PM MT Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on September 5, 2024. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 29, 2024, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check
