Site work and paving for a civil project in Basin, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work under the bid schedule for the project includes upgrading 23 water services and installing 2 new water services, plus 5 sewer services, sub-excavating 2 feet, laying foundation fabric, compacting 15" of pit run sub-base and 6" of road base, and paving with 3 inches of hot plant mix pavement along with chip seal. It is assumed that all bidders will have copies of the Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications - 2015 Edition. Bids shall be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the TOWN OF BASIN and must be plainly marked on the outside with the project name. The TOWN OF BASIN reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
