The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia is soliciting qualifications from licensed professional design and engineering firms in good standing to assist on planning, development, and capital improvement projects across its property portfolio in Atlanta, Georgia. The goal is to maintain a list of pre-qualified firms that can provide planning, pre-construction, and construction design and engineering services necessary to complete an aggressive plan for preserving and creating affordable housing and mixed-use developments. Firms should have experience in a wide range of residential and mixed-use development planning and design, and knowledge of affordable housing construction. The vision is to construct cost-efficient and memorable structures using groundbreaking design, including technology or manufacturing innovations, to support affordable housing initiatives. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
