The City of Las Cruces is seeking responses from qualified contractors for the Mobile Integrated Health Facility project in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The City of Las Cruces requires general construction services for the Mobile Integrated Health Facility, the facility located, as shown in the project's bid documents. The City of Las Cruces owns the lot and existing building. The new M.I.H. Facility aims to facilitate the City's Mobile Integrated Health (M.I.H.) and the Lessen The Incidents of Grief, Harm, and Trauma (L.I.G.H.T.) program operations and help maintain a stable personnel of qualified individuals. The facility will also provide a venue to facilitate collaborative efforts and build relationships between the M.I.H. program, the L.I.G.H.T. program, 911 Dispatch, the Crisis Triage Center, the City Police Department and Fire Department to provide better care and outcomes for patients. The Fire Department, the user department, worked with the Public Works Architectural Management Program in developing this project. The intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit proposals for authorization of a single Contract for general construction services for the project. The City of Las Cruces has appropriated funds to undertake the demolition and construction of the Mobile Integrated Health Facility.
