SBE participation goals have been set for those certified as Small Business Enterprises and qualified to bid with ODOT. The SBE Goal is 6%. Bidders must be registered as vendors to obtain bid documents, and all bids must be submitted electronically. Hard copies will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must apply for prequalification with the department at least 30 days before bids open (5 days for joint ventures if both are already prequalified).
