Submittals for the Three Phase Pad-Mounted Distribution Transformers must be received by the City’s Procurement and Payables Division by the specified deadline. Submittals can be delivered either electronically via email or in person. The specification number must be included in the subject line for electronic submittals or on the outside of the sealed envelope for in-person submittals. The City of Tacoma will use its designated time of receipt as the official record for both electronic and in-person deliveries. Timely delivery is the responsibility of the supplier. Sealed submittals for a Request for Bids will be opened and read publicly, while submittals for other types of requests will be recorded but not read aloud at opening. Preliminary results will be posted online after the submittal deadline.
