Sealed proposals are being solicited for the 2026 Ravenna Township Forest Ridge Resurfacing Project in Ravenna Township, Portage County. The work requires furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the resurfacing project. Bidders must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, submit their full name and all interested parties, and evidence of experience on similar-sized projects. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements, use of Ohio products and labor when practicable, and adherence to prevailing wage rates are required. The project must be completed by the specified date. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
