Renovation of a municipal facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SOW includes, but not limited to, the following: Replace existing building entry glazing, frames, and doors with brand new components. Including: New door locking hardware Door contacts Tamper-proof door hinges and hinge guards Kick plates Threshold and door sweeps (exterior doors only) Security film on all entrance doors glazing and curtain walls on non-attack side Replace stairwell door and window curtain wall and add security films to glazing panels and door glazing. Upgrade automatic door opener devices to meet current CSA standards. Replace automatic door actuators with new tower type. Install new rex deices (on secure site) above door D2 and D4. Coordinate with Fusion Security installation rough-in of two card readers and electric strikes for connection to building access control and alarm system. The work includes hazardous materials abatement in affected work areas. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
