Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace two existing sump pumps with like-for-like units located in the parking lot area, including replacement of the existing standalone float controller system located in the electrical room. The sump pit is located outside the rear door within the transformer compound. This scope is for stormwater dewatering sump pumps only; no sewage pumps are included. The new pumps and controller shall be compatible with the existing system requirements and site conditions. Bids must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
