Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Construction of a proposed concrete reservoir cell north of the existing one to support future service extension to Reserve 166B (Optional Work). Replacement of corroded infrastructure, HVAC and electrical system upgrades, and backup natural gas generator installation. Modification of the truckfill and addition of a flow meter for water usage tracking. Inlet and outlet watermain replacement. Access road improvements.
