Reference Number 0000323939 The objective is to implement the recommendations outlined in the attached drawings and specifications. The work includes the provision of all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the installation, modifications, and associated activities in accordance with the contract documents. All solutions and work performed must comply with the latest applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including the National Building Code of Canada (NBCC), National Fire Code of Canada (NFC), Canada Labour Code (CLC) - Part II, Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR), and Treasury Board Secretariat Fire Protection Standards (FPS). The contractor must ensure all work is executed in a safe, efficient, and coordinated manner, aligned with the approved drawings and specifications. Compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements is mandatory. Discrepancies between site conditions and contract documents must be identified and reported for clarification prior to proceeding with the work.
