The scope of work includes: erosion control, clearing and grubbing, parking lot and accessible parking construction (asphalt and concrete), accessible path construction (concrete), precast and cast in place concrete construction for kayak launch abutment, kayak launch installation, and site restoration and plantings. Bidders must base their bids on estimated quantities listed in the bid worksheet within the VirtuBid area of the Quest CDN plan room and provide a unit price for each item described. If clarification regarding unit prices is needed or if an error is discovered, submit a question according to the instructions provided.
