**As of July 15, 2026, the project was awarded to Cirone Construction, with an awarded amount of $809,093.32.** Under this work, the Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to install and maintain the measures which are required to prevent erosion and control sediment as specified on the Contact Drawings and/or direction of the Engineer or Town. The Contractor shall be responsible to continuously maintain, reinstall or relocate the erosion and sediment controls (E&SC) throughout the duration of the project and until such time as the site is stable and so directed to remove such practices by the Engineer or Town. The Contractor shall understand that the transport of sediment off the site in any form is fully his responsibility and he shall clean, repair damage, and pay imposed fines at the Contractor's expense.
