The Work also includes demolition and removal of select existing facilities, culvert cleaning and extension, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, utility coordination, and restoration of disturbed areas. Incidental work includes all excavation, dewatering, bedding, backfill, testing, surface restoration, and other appurtenant items necessary to complete the project as shown in the Contract Documents. The scheduled work period is strictly set for July 10, 2026, through October 1, 2026. Any deviation from these dates, including extensions for weather or unforeseen site conditions, must be formally requested in writing and explicitly approved by the City via an executed Change Order prior to the impact taking place.
