The Village of Bolingbrook is accepting proposals for construction engineering services for a project involving the replacement of the existing superstructure of the bridge carrying Royce Road over the East Branch DuPage River, located approximately 500 feet west of IL 53. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on applicant qualifications, approach to the project, and ability to provide the required services. Weighted evaluation criteria will be utilized in selecting the most qualified applicant. Consultants must request a proposal packet from the Village. The response must not contain any cost information.
