Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing the necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to complete asphalt pavement removal and replacement as shown on drawings and described. All finished work must comply with all ADA requirements as mandated by law. Bids must be sealed, and no oral proposals or modifications will be considered. Proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in its best interest. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for the opening, or before award of the contract, unless the award is delayed for more than thirty calendar days.
