The building will be a four-story, wood frame structure with limited tuck-under parking. The project is funded in part by the State of Washington and Snohomish County and is subject to State residential prevailing wage rates and other public funding requirements. Location- 2410 Broadway Everett, WA 98201 Currently, the projects hard construction costs are estimated at $10MM and the total development costs are in the range of $13MM. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The site is approximately 6,100 sq ft and is on the west side of Broadway Ave between 24th Street and 25th Street. The project will involve the new construction of a four-story wood frame building on a slab-on-grade foundation. Interior space will include 19,718 square feet of residential area, including units, parking and common areas, and 1,447 square feet of nonresidential space dedicated to behavioral health services for residents. The behavioral health services space will include 2 offices, a counseling room, staff breakroom and restroom, and storage. The services will support the residents to maintain housing stability and increase their self-determination.
