We expect a high degree of coordination across all contractors, the architect and Sandburg team members to ensure all works are completed across these scopes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. C. Scope of services ELEVATOR SHAFT BUILD o Base Bid: Selective demolition, build, procurement, programming and installation of a new elevator shaft & elevator equipment running all three floors of 209 E Main St as outlined in Exhibit B - Architectural Drawings Set & Exhibit C - Architectural Specifications & Project Manual. NOT IN SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR THIS BID o Building Mechanical HVAC Renovation: The procurement, installation and buildout of the mechanical HVAC system is covered in a separate but concurrently running RFB. o Commissioning Authority: This scope of services will be bid separately by Sandburg at a later date.
