The 1st floor of 209 E Main is currently being renovated under Hein Construction in support of Carl Sandburg College's buildout of the 518 Collective, an agrictulatural tech entrepreneur hub. The substantial completion date for the 518 Collective buildout is Feb 28th 2027, so this scope of work must be completed in alignment with this construction timeline. To remain in line with current construction timelines, we are targeting December 4th, 2026 for substantial completion.
