Description

Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

Sealed bids will be received for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following improvement: Rose Hill Mausoleum Re-roof Project. Forms of proposal, contracts, bonds, insurance, plans, and specifications may be obtained electronically at no charge from the offices of Wharry Engineering. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Rose Hill Mausoleum. Questions concerning this project shall be directed to Billy Shedd of Wharry Engineering. Due to project design and specifications, and historical significance of the facility, this pre-bid is mandatory. All insurance and bonding provisions requested by the City of Tyler and provided with contract documents are required to execute the contract for this project. The successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the City.
