The Capital Regional District invites detailed proposals from proponents in strict accordance with the Proposal Documents for Janitorial Services at Hartland Landfill. Proposals will be evaluated to select a preferred proponent with the intent to negotiate a contract for the services described. The work involves providing janitorial services at Hartland Landfill. The contract is estimated to cover an initial three-year period, with a possible extension for two additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Proposals must consist of a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal submitted electronically as separate PDF files. The District reserves the right to award all or part of the work, and may award additional follow-on work without a further competition.
