Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Install a new stackable washer and dryer at Katherine Dunn Elementary School and Edwin S. Dodson Elementary School. Install new domestic water piping from the point of connection to the washer, and all required drainage. Also install a new dryer vent with exterior roof penetration, including proper flashing and sealing. Provide new electrical circuits from existing service panels to washer and dryer. All work shall be performed as drawn and specified. Contractor's Licensing It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies for the following license groups: Specialty License C1, C2, or C3 if the bidder is performing the majority of the work per NRS 338.139.
